Please Note: We are currently only accepting & dispatching orders within the UK

1) Standard Tracked - Items dispatched within 2-4 days £2.95
2) Fast Tracked - Items dispatched within 1-2 days £3.55
3) Free Standard Tracked delivery on orders over £25

Monday to Friday: All items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched same day

Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday

Returns

All goods that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

In the un-likely event that:-

a) your item is faulty

b) damaged during shipping

c) we have made an engraving mistake

Please submit details & a photo within 5 working days by email to: [email protected] and arrangements will be made for a replacement or refund.
