An order for goods placed by you, the buyer, through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
Orders and Changes
Please double check your order details i.e., spelling, dates & telephone numbers. You have 30 minutes from the time of order to inform us by email if you have made a mistake. Thereafter your order will be processed and engraved as requested.
Cancellation of Order
As with any changes, you have 30 minutes from the time of order to inform us of cancellation and a full refund will be offered. Thereafter your order will be deemed as confirmed and go into production.
Layout/Design
All items will be engraved ‘centered’ and laid out in the best format as deemed by the engraver. General guidelines are provided with most products as to how many characters per line etc.. Just remember the more text, the smaller the font.
On occasion if the engraver feels the amount of text requested for the selected product is unsuitable, you will be contacted to discuss before the order is put into production.
Payment
Full payment for the total value of the goods ordered must be received before the order can be processed. Once payment has been received we will confirm receipt of your order by email to the address supplied by you on your order form
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. All payments are securely taken via a third party payment provider, STRIPE. We do not have access to your card details
Products & Prices
The prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£). Prices are for one item unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice.
Products on our website will be updated, changed or removed depending availability of stock and without notice.
Stock levels shown on our website are as accurate as possible. Should you place a bulk order and the quantity is not available, you will be contacted before the order is put into production.
Returns
Engraved/personalised items are NON-returnable or refundable.
Spelling mistakes – Items will be personalised as per your order. We accept no responsibility for such errors and replacement items will be chargeable.
In the un-likely event that you item is faulty or we have made a mistake, it will be replaced at our cost.
Damages
In the unfortunate event that you may receive a damaged product, please email [email protected] within 5 working days with details and a photo and arrangements will be made for a replacement or refund.
Delivery
Standard Tracked £2.95 or Fast Tracked £3.55 via Royal Mail.
Free Standard Tracked delivery on orders over £25.
The cut off time, Monday to Friday, for orders to be dispatched same day is 3pm.
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
